Gail Huss was a wonderful agent. She was always on top of things and kept us well informed. She had good advice and great knowledge of all things concerning us. Gail Huss worked with us for almost two years before we purchased a vacant lot, and being we lived in Maryland... communications were another key factor why working with Gail was such a great experience. She showed us numerous homes and property... we submitted an offer on one home, but did not win the bid. Gail just kept working with us, and never pushed us to make a decision. When we did decide to purchase a vacant lot, Gail's knowledge helped us ensure the property was going to be a buildable lot. She is awesome and I would recommend her to all I speak with.

If you want a great listener, highly motivated realtor Gail is your person! She did all I asked and more. What did I want, I wanted to visit locations on my own time and terms and call Gail if I needed additional information. Worked out great for us!

Contacting Gail to sell my condo was one of my smartest decisions. Her knowledge of the market made the whole process a cake walk for me. She was amazing at communicating and explaining what was happening step by step. The trust was there, she sold my condo, I was VERY satisfied $$ and now I have a new friend I can call on in the future.

Gail is a people person and loves what she does. This shows in every aspect. Respectful, insightful and dedicated. Could I say more - yes but to keep it short and sweet... You need to add more stars to your rating system, because five is not enough to do Gail justice. In our opinion she is the best realtor on Lake Norman.

Sometimes when you're review is all positive and over the top its hard to believe but.... My family and I relocated to Charlotte this past summer. I had a co-worker recommend Gail to me and I LOVE HIM FOR IT!! Gail is the best! She is a very smart, hard working realtor. My number one reason for recommending Gail Huss is the fact that from the onset, she made you feel like she was a part of your family. She immediately appeared to know more about us than we had expected. She was a ball of fire when an issue of importance arose, and more times than not she had the situation under control before we could sort things out in our minds. Gail was not only a very intelligent agent in resolving our dilemmas, she would have her homework completed prior to letting us know the outcome. I can honestly say that one could call her a "ball of fire" when she had a project to complete for us. Gail did not pull any punches when she had something to say and I at times disagreed with her; she would stick to her guns right down to the core, I found she was always right. She ensured that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed before she finalized any and all our paperwork. Whether you were in agreement or not with Gail, she went by the book when it came to her job she took it seriously, even if you disputed her decision; she was an excellent listener and I respect her for the times my behavior was not what it should have been, she just continued on with her responsibilities as she has since we have worked with her. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that we found Gail to be a very honest and truthful realtor, and in 40 plus years of purchasing homes, that is a great plus. Many realtors are just out to make a dollar, Gail was working for us with the absence of dollar signs in her eyes. The veracity she displays is evident of the type of person/realtor Gail Huss is. She was not only our realtor; she has also became a respected friend. We would recommend her services to anyone.
